Sort Options

Alphabetical Order

Alphabetical order means the items are arranged in order, from A to Z. For example, apples, beans, carrots. Press the button with the column name to select this.

Reverse Alphabetical Order

Reverse Alphabetical order is where the items are arranged from Z to A based on the column you pick. For example zoo, yak, x-ray. Press the button with the name of the column you wish to sort by twice to select this.

Default

The order the list starts in. Most of the time this will be alphabetical or chronologically on the first column of the table, but in some cases such as presidents or events, the items may be listed by order a person took office or word frequency. If you change the order you can always use the DEFAULT button to reset the items to the original sort order.
